Pastor Shannon planted Finish Line Christian Center in 2007 with a vision to reach the lost, the unchurched, and those who felt forgotten. He is passionate about preaching God's Word, building strong disciples, and helping people grow in their faith.

First Lady Nancy has faithfully served alongside Pastor Shannon and the Finish Line Christian Center family with a heart for ministry and people. She leads the Women's Ministry and serves as the Kidz Ministry Director, investing in women and the next generation through encouragement, discipleship, and service. Her passion is creating an environment where people can experience the love of God and grow in their faith. 

Eric became part of the Finish Line Christian Center family in 2018 after serving alongside the church on a missions outreach. Moved by God's love and a heart to serve, he now serves as Associate Pastor, as well as helping lead the church and its outreach ministries. His passion is to glorify God by serving others and pointing people to Christ. 

Pastor Brock has served as the Care Pastor at Finish Line Christian Center since 2019. With a heart for people and a passion for pastoral care, he walks alongside individuals and families through every season of life, offering prayer, encouragement, and support. His desire is to help everyone at FLCC feel loved, valued, and connected. 

Ben has faithfully served at Finish Line Christian Center since 2012 and has helped build the foundation of the church’s youth ministry. With a heart for the next generation, he is passionate about leading students, helping them grow in their faith, and pointing them toward Christ. Ben also serves on the worship team, using his gifts to lead others into God’s presence.  

Jesse has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2021 and is passionate about equipping the next generation through the preaching of God's Word. As Youth Pastor and a teacher in Kidz Ministry, he strives to create an environment where young people can experience the joy of the Lord and grow in their faith. 

Emily has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2018 and is passionate about teaching God's Word and discipling the next generation. As a Youth Pastor, she is committed to raising up young leaders and helping students grow into lifelong followers of Christ. 

Mark has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2013 and has faithfully served in various areas of ministry. He leads the College and Career Ministry, helping young adults grow in their faith and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit during a pivotal season of life. Mark also serves on the Worship and Deliverance Team, using his gifts to point people toward Christ and freedom through Jesus. 

Hampton has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2017, serving alongside his wife and children. He began leading worship in 2024 and has a passion for preparing hearts to encounter God through worship and receive His Word. His desire is to use his gifts to point people closer to Christ. 

Elizabeth has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2012 and has served as the Church Administrator since 2015. She is passionate about supporting the ministry behind the scenes and helping create a welcoming environment where people can connect, grow, and serve. 

Wendy has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2019 and has faithfully served as the church's Office Assistant since 2020. She enjoys serving alongside her husband and family, helping support the ministry behind the scenes and contributing to the day-to-day operations that help FLCC fulfill its mission. 

Brad has been a part of the Finish Line Christian Center family since 2010 and serves as the leader of the Men’s Ministry. He is passionate about creating a place where men can grow in their faith, encourage one another, and navigate the joys and challenges of life together. Brad also serves on the Prayer and Deliverance Teams and is always willing to serve wherever there is a need.
